We wish to extend our sincerest gratitude to all 2026 Sponsors, Donors, Golfers and Volunteers for your generous support of our 17th Annual Vernon Langdon Golf Classic.  Held on Friday, July 17, 2026 at the beautiful Richmond Hill Golf Club, we were thrilled to welcome 83 golfers - including 10 Crawford Adventist Academy alumni and 18 new to the tournament this year.

Your support continues to benefit scholarships for students who demonstrate academic excellence, leadership potential and a desire to make a positive impact in the community.  Thank you for DRIVING THE FUTURE FORE-WARD. The VLGC is a celebration of community, leadership, and the power of education. Each year, golfers, partners, and donors come together for a day on the green with a shared purpose: to expand scholarship opportunities for students who exemplify academic excellence, exceptional leadership potential, and a commitment to making a meaningful impact in their communities. 

A Legacy of Giving Back 

The legacy of the Vernon Langdon Golf Classic has grown into a cornerstone event that fuels the dreams of remarkable young people. Your participation directly supports scholarships that open doors, remove financial barriers, and empower the next generation of changemakers. 

Our pemiere fundraising event honours its namesake, Sir Vernon Langdon, who served at Crawford Adventist Academy as teacher, Vice-Principal, and then Principal for a tenure of 24 years. Vernon, being highly committed to guiding youth to achieve their academic goals, challenged students and their families to unite communities by working together for a better future. An avid golfer, Vernon recognizes the importance of not only training the body, but the mind as well. His exemplary contributions to Christian Education have left an indelible impact in the lives of many young people. His passion to see youth succeed in life is the propelling force behind the Vernon Langdon Golf Classic.
