Our pemiere fundraising event honours its namesake, Sir Vernon Langdon, who served at Crawford Adventist Academy as teacher, Vice-Principal, and then Principal for a tenure of 24 years. Vernon, being highly committed to guiding youth to achieve their academic goals, challenged students and their families to unite communities by working together for a better future. An avid golfer, Vernon recognizes the importance of not only training the body, but the mind as well. His exemplary contributions to Christian Education have left an indelible impact in the lives of many young people. His passion to see youth succeed in life is the propelling force behind the Vernon Langdon Golf Classic.
